Birmingham Community Gospel Choir (BCGC)

The choir formed in June 2005 assisted and part funded as an ESF project (Equal).

BCGC brings together a number of other church choirs from across the city.

BCGC is a training ground and platform for Gospel Music in Birmingham.

We perform at a number of free concerts across the city and also offer commercial bookings for corporate events, weddings and workshops.

Normally the Choir rehearses every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the calendar month at The Music Building, King Edwards Girls School, Rosehill Road, Handsworth B21 9AR. 7-9pm.

It's Choir leader is Maxine Brooks.

Prospective new members are more than welcome to visit or observe.

All ethnic backgrounds and ages are welcome to join choir. (Please make your self known & contact Maxine Brooks)
